Returns & Replacements

Bailey44 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be requested within 7 days from date of receipt, unless the promotion states that sale items are FINAL SALE. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 15 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags, including the price tag must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Returns Procedure

If you have an account: Request a Return Authorization Slip by logging into your account on and submitting a return request or emailing

If you do not have an account: If you did not create an account when you placed your order, please send an email to containing your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for returning.

You will receive two emails; the first confirming your request, and the second containing a printable shipping label. Print out the return confirmation email and include with return package. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 15 days from date of original purchase.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Bailey44 is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather. Bailey44 does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet that above return requirements at Bailey44's sole discretion.
