Per California’s ongoing 'Stay at Home' order, our retail stores and corporate offices are closed. Our fulfillment center in Los Angeles is now open at very limited capacity to keep our employees and the community safe. Our staff is working safely to receive and process orders and returns as soon as possible.
As a result, please anticipate slight shipping and return processing delays.
Orders & Delivery: All orders received will be authorized, charged and prioritized in our shipping queue. We anticipate shipping twice a week until further notice. Delays apply to all forms of delivery including UPS 2-day and overnight delivery. Please visit THIS page for more information about shipping and delivery.
Returns: Due to the ongoing events, we have extended our return window from the normal 30 days to 60 days. Our warehouse is now partially open and our staff is working safely to receive and process returns as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed after your package is delivered back to our warehouse.
