USPS Ground FREE for orders shipped within the continental US. Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days.
UPS 2-day $20 Estimated delivery: 2 business days, orders must be placed by 3pm PST. Orders placed over Black Friday & Cyber Monday will ship out Monday, November 26th.
UPS Overnight $30 Estimated delivery: 1 business day, orders must be placed by 3pm PST. Orders placed over Black Friday & Cyber Monday will ship out Monday, November 26th.
International $58 Estimated delivery: 5 - 10 business days. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping. Order minimum: $500

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 3pm PST will ship on the next business day. Saturday delivery not available, warehouse closed on weekends and holidays.

We will provide a USPS or UPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

We ship to the United States, and to international addresses (international order minimum is $500) . We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Holiday deadline for shipments to arrive before December 25th: USPS Ground orders must be placed before 3pm PST on December 14th. UPS 2-Day Expedited orders must be placed before 3pm PST December 18th. UPS Overnight orders must be placed before 3pm PST December 19th.

Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase. Unless otherwise noted, all items purchased from Bailey44.com can be returned for store credit or a refund. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations. All items marked "Final Sale" on the product page and at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

All returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt and return packages must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of receipt. If an item is purchased as a gift, provided the item is not marked "eligible for store credit only" or "final sale" is returnable if requested by January 2, 2019. Redline sale items do not apply for credit card credit, they are only returnable for store credit in the form of an online gift card which does not expire and can be transferred to the gift recipient.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, including the unaltered price tag and the “Do Not Remove” tag, attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged – no exceptions.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within ten business days once the return is received. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Making A Return

If you have a Bailey44.com account, you can request a Return Authorization by logging into your account. Under Account, scroll down to My Orders and click on the order number. Once on the order detail page, click Return to begin the return process.

If you do not have an account, send an email to [email protected] including your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for returning.

Once your return request has been accepted you will receive an email with your printable shipping label, limit one label per order. Return packages must be postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was received. If you do not use our return label, please have your carrier's tracking information to ensure receipt of your return to our warehouse otherwise we are not liable for lost returns. Credits will only be issued for received goods if they meet the return policy criteria.

Payment Methods

Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our payment processor.

AfterPay. Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. Allows you to pay when it suits you best. This payment option is only available on US orders.

Store Credit and Online Gift Codes. you can also use store credit or an online gift code. You can easily enter your code in the Gift Code section under the Promotion Code + section when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions.

PayPal payment option is also available for those with funded PayPal accounts.
